چکیده
Differences in labor market outcomes for women and men are highly persistent. Apart from discrimination, one frequently mentioned explanation could be differences the attitude towards competition both genders. Abundant empirical evidence indicates that multiple influences shape attitudes during different periods of life cycle. Gender competitiveness will not only influence working age, but also early childhood education. In order to reduce gender gap educational outcomes, it is crucial understand when why gaps arise study their consequences. (This abstract was borrowed another version this item.)
